St Johns River Estates Vacation Packages

The hotel was comfortable but the furniture felt a bit outdated but it's clean. One issue I had was with the washer and dryer—the machine washed properly, but it didn’t dry the clothes well, which was inconvenient. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the pool, it’s beautiful and well-maintained. I mainly chose this hotel for the pool and water park, which were great. However, I was disappointed that there is an additional $25 fee per person to access the water park, and this was not clearly mentioned during the reservation process. Inside the hotel, especially at the front desk area, the atmosphere was excellent. They offer entertainment for kids, including games and a small cinema, which is a big plus for families. The service overall was very good, and I appreciated the complimentary popcorn—they were a nice touch. The restaurant was good, but one downside is that there are no breakfast options available. There is only a Starbucks on-site, and they do not accept cash, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, the hotel has some great amenities, especially for families, but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly in transparency about extra fees and updating the furniture.

The staff were really nice, attentive respectful. We had a great view wonderful the rooms were excellent comfortable beds. The place felt safe nothing weird the security was on point. The shampoo and soap you’re provided did suck a bit compared to many other places I have stayed at. But it’s okay . We did stay two nights and room service didn't stop by to clean or change sheets but not a deal breaker for us. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice.

This was our first stay here and it was wonderful. We had a ground level 1 bedroom next to one of the 4 pools. Our room came with a pull out couch, queen or king bed, washer + dryer and kitchen and patio. Everything we could ever need. Lots of towels which we washed when needed. We used the heated pools most. The hotel is close to alot of stores ect. We would deff stay again it was very clean, updated and lots of pools for the kids.

Great hotel near airport and all the amusement parks. Also has great entertainment that is walkable.

There was no water pressure in the shower.
